In the event of our product failing you due to a manufacture defect or those unpredictable incidents where no one really knows what happened, we will receive it back from you, inspect it, and either repair or replace it according to what we feel is the best course of action for the specific failure. There will be no cost to you.

No upcharge, no profit—just the minimum amount it costs us to get a functional unit back in your hands, whether it is repaired or replaced.
